Yakima Capital Campaign
Feeding Families, Restoring Hope
The Salvation Army seeks the community’s support to help raise $750,000 to “close the funding gap” and complete a new Yakima Community Center at 509 N 4th Street, Yakima, Washington.
The primary 33,000-square-foot facility enables us to consolidate all our services into one location, offering adult, adaptive, senior, and youth programs, including gym activities, after-school care, meal programs, job training, and church services. Additionally, the Community Center will serve as a hub for Pathway of Hope—a proven case management approach that works with families to break the cycle of poverty, offering support, accountability, and long-term stability.
In an adjacent building, a Salvation Army Hope Market will offer a space where individuals and families can shop for fresh, nutritious food that best meets their dietary and cultural needs at no cost.
Donate today to make a difference for families in need in Yakima!
